As a detail-oriented professional, you’ll optimize the Vice President’s efficiency, manage travel logistics, organise events and enhance overall office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Coordinate the Vice President’s and management team schedules.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange local and international travel, adhering to company policies.
- Front Desk Oversight: Manage the Accra office front desk and facilities.
- Event Planning: Organize corporate events and functions.
- Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between the Vice President, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Organization: Prepare agendas and invitations, take minutes, and ensure well-organized meetings.
- Document Management: Prepare, Proofread, and manage documents and presentations.
- Office Supplies and Equipment: Oversee maintenance and coordination.
- Fleet Management: Manage drivers and maintain the company’s light vehicle fleet.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
