Job Summary
We are looking for sales and marketing professionals with a passion for education to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for promoting our professional programs to students in your assigned region, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential customers. If you have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Promote our professional programs to students in your assigned region
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Build relationships with potential customers, including academic institutions, corporate organizations, and government agencies
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other teams, such as admissions, registration, and student services, to ensure seamless student experience
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the university

Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations)
- Minimum of two years' work experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel frequently within your assigned region
