Job Description
Relationship Officer (RO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients Managing and growing a portfolio of clients through effective relationship-building, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients.
In this role, a Relationship Officer is responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Conducting needs assessments to understand clients’ needs.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for products and services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Keeping abreast with industry trends and changes.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
- Prepare and deliver oral professional presentations to clients.
- Assist the Project Director to develop and implement strategies to improve brand awareness
