The Bank is looking to fill the following vacancy within its settlements Division: Head, International Trade
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and developing strategic initiatives for the international Trade Group
- Manage, develop and implement policies, procedures, processes and services related to international settlement functions
- Management of correspond banking relationships (opening correspondent utilization and pricing etc.)
- Exercises judgement in developing and communicating procedures regarding all settlement issues and inquiries from other units within the bank
- Ensure that controls and procedures for all units within the Group in relation to all regulatory and processing requirements are being adhered to
- Mentor junior members of the team
Qualification Required & Experience
- A University degree in a Business related course with a minimum of second class lower.
- A Master’s degree in international Trade & Finance (Or relevant equivalent) is an advantage
- A minimum of 10 years working experience in International Trade
