The successful candidates will join as an executive for service recovery in Customer Experience. (S)He will interface with customers, ensuring that their service needs are identified and resolved to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning of bad registrations.
- Ensure effective case management is done to improve KYC compliance.
- Perform Case Management on registrations where applicable.
- Contact customers with incomplete KYC details for profile changes
- Educate retailers and freelancers on KYC compliance through trade visits and phone calls.
- Audit field parameters of daily KYC data
- Provide back-office support for all KYC-related issues
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
