Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Quality Assurance Officer at Leasafric Ghana PLC. The Fleet Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for:
- Conducting fleet quality assurance audits
- Implementing quality management control processes & procedures as about large automotive fleet maintenance operations.
- Ensuring adherence to fleet quality standards
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing quality control processes
- Vehicle and equipment specification development
- Vehicle equipment requirements
- Regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
- Experience in quality management and quality auditing
- 4 years' experience in performing maintenance, repair, or inspection of automotive vehicles and related equipment
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the fleet management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
