Job Description:
- According to customer needs, complete customer inquiries, quotations, good communication and other matters, and achieve personal sales targets,
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of international shipping, air transportation and cross-border e-commerce logistics customers
- Responsible for developing middlemen or peer customers through the Internet, telephone and visit (Visiting customers regularly, maintaining and digging business with customers).
- Responsible for following up on customer delivery and timely dealing with related problems.
- Responsible for keeping in touch with customers and maintaining customers (Feedback market and customer demand information in time to promote internal system or process improvement).
Qualification Required & Experience
- 1-2 experience
- Communication skills and stress resistance
Salary: GHC1200
Location: Accra
