Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Officer to join our Finance and Operations team.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of Temple. You will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- A professional certification (ICA or ACCA) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- At least three years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Completion of Ghana Securities Industry course is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, operations management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and statistical tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
Skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative team player
