Role and Responsibilities
The Investment Banking Associate will play a pivotal role in our team; driving execution, participating in deal structuring, and leading junior staff. This position demands a high level of analytical rigor, ability to manage complex projects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional performance to our clients.
- Deal Structuring and Execution: Lead the structuring and execution of advisory and investment banking transactions.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate financial strategies and potential transactions.
- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance on technical skills and professional growth.
- Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and industry data to support strategic decision-making and client recommendations.
- Presentation and Pitch Development: Create and present detailed pitch books and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Management and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments and other working parties, to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Qualifications
- CFA, Master’s degree, MBA Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity or a related field, with a proven track record in financial analysis and deal execution.
- Mandatory Qualification: Completion of the Ghana Securities Industry Course.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Robust understanding of the securities market, regulatory environment, and compliance requirements in Ghana.
