Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic plans which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives
  • Leads and directs all aspects of the business operations including, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Finance
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Manages resources effectively and ensures financial targets are achieved
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Manages risk and ensures there is adequate preparation for any potential crisis
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Any related duties as may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree preferably a Master of Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a senior management role preferably in an agro-chemical company
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to translate business goals into initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities
