What you will do

• Conduct thorough analysis of Fido’s business and operational activities
• Data analysis focal for Business teams
• Closely collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and data scientist
• Build and maintain the dashboards and KPIs
• Provide analysis and insights to support our business growth
• Share deep analysis conclusions and sophisticated technical methods clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in Saas or B2C company.
• Minimum BA/BSc in computer science/engineering with certifications or relevant working experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience of working with large datasets and analytical databases.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau / DataStudio or any other equivalent tool.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization.
• Financial experience – advantage.
