What you will do
As a Data Analyst at Fido, you will be responsible for turning raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategy and decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Business Development to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of product, business, and operational activities to inform strategy and execution.
- Serve as the analytical point of contact for various teams - including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Business Development.
- Apply advanced statistical concepts to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with other data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive business growth..
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in Saas or B2C company.
- BSc in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong SQL skills and experience of working with large datasets and analytical databases.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI or any other equivalent tool.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges, driving unique and impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization.
- Experience in Marketing or Product-related analysis - advantage.
- Experience with financial data - advantage.
- Experience with python - advantage.
