Stores Supervisor - Ernest Chemists Limited

Ernest Chemists Limited now seeks a hands-on wholesale supervisor to be based in either of the following locations: Accra & Tema.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze data to anticipate the future needs of wholesale customers
• Ensure cheque and cash are properly managed and safely lodged
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customer issues
• Balance the cash register and generate sales reports
• Ensure proper accounts of all transactions including financial ones are kept
• Ensuring that products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Implementation of relevant SOPs and other policies
• Ensure that facility and equipment such as computers and generator etc. are properly maintained
• Ensure that stock is secure at all times to prevent theft
• Coordinate the work of other employees to ensure business goals are met
• Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies
• Review/assess the work of team members at periodic time intervals
• Ensure the discipline of all team members
• Preparation and submission of stock reports to the Wholesale Supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Min of Degree in Accounting/Marketing/purchasing and supply/procurement or related field
• Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role
• Must be residing in either of the following locations: Accra & Tema
