Role Overview

Our Operations Associates play essential roles to ensure that customers have great experiences when dealing with us. As an Operations Associate (Admin & Customer Support), you will focus on administrative and customer support functions to support business operations.

The Person

The ideal person for this role will be a happy person who brings light to the room and is motivated to make a difference every day. The following skills, competencies, and attributes will make for a great candidate:

  • Advanced creative thinking
  • Ability to write simple sentences correctly
  • Great time management
  • Experience collaborating and organizing work with tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, and Slides.
  • Great telephone etiquette
  • Good email management
  • Great team collaboration
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support prospective customers on their journeys through our platforms
  • Communicate with existing customers about new services, features, and rewards
  • Advise customers on payment issues
  • Handling live chats and customer inquiries
  • Participate in activations
  • Facilitate internal communications: organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and circulating information to keep all team members in the loop.
  • Managing the office to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years minimum experience in a customer service role
