Role Overview
Our Operations Associates play essential roles to ensure that customers have great experiences when dealing with us. As an Operations Associate (Admin & Customer Support), you will focus on administrative and customer support functions to support business operations.
The Person
The ideal person for this role will be a happy person who brings light to the room and is motivated to make a difference every day. The following skills, competencies, and attributes will make for a great candidate:
- Advanced creative thinking
- Ability to write simple sentences correctly
- Great time management
- Experience collaborating and organizing work with tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, and Slides.
- Great telephone etiquette

- Ability to analyze and present data effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Support prospective customers on their journeys through our platforms
- Communicate with existing customers about new services, features, and rewards
- Advise customers on payment issues
- Handling live chats and customer inquiries
- Participate in activations
- Facilitate internal communications: organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and circulating information to keep all team members in the loop.
- Managing the office to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2 years minimum experience in a customer service role
