RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement corporate strategies.
- Develop comprehensive business blueprints to ensure goal attainment through efficient operations and market expansion endeavors.
- Forge and execute a growth strategy while sustaining and supervising existing sales channels.
- Scrutinize financial data, manage budgets, and boost revenue streams.
- Assign tasks, oversee executives, and guide to optimize performance.
- Address challenges and provide solutions to bolster company resilience and expansion.
Required Skills or Experience
- Demonstrated General Managerial proficiency within the FMCG domain.
- International work experience as an expatriate, particularly in Ghana.
- Proficiency across all business facets encompassing Sales & Marketing, Finance, Trade, HR, and Supply Chain.
- Remarkable organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Superlative communication, interpersonal, and presentation proficiencies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
