PG Advertising Agency, a reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Community Manager

Key Responsibilities and duties

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer queries promptly
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Coordinate with the marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Liaise with the social media strategist and client service executives to stay updated on new products and feastures
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and/or Communication, social sciences or related field
Must be a social media fun
MBA in Communication will be a plus
5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position wih a reputable advertising agency
Good communicator, team player and ability to build and maintain client relationships

Location: Accra
