Technical Competence/Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Rock City Hotel's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of systems and networks.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of [12] years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and information systems. Familiarity with hotel-specific technologies and property management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing measures to safeguard the hotel's data and systems.
- Ability to provide effective technical support to hotel staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and conduct training sessions.
- Experience collaborating with other departments to understand and address technology needs.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance the hotel's IT infrastructure.
- Readiness to adapt to the dynamic IT requirements of a busy hospitality environment, including irregular hours and on-call support if necessary.
