Global Roofing & Construction is searching for suitably qualified candidates for the job position of Senior Roofing Estimators.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing measurement taking, especially long-distance jobs
- Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company
- Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities
- Coordinate & managing installers with regard to ongoing and finished installation
- Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
- Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager
- Shall be in charge of training new estimators
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must have an HND or Degree in Building Technology
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
- Must be computer literate
- A professional degree in marketing will be an added advantage
