Your experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia storytelling, with a focus on content development for marketing and digital learning audiences
• Proven track record in crafting captivating multimedia content and leveraging various mediums to engage diverse audiences
• Extensive expertise in leading multimedia projects, demonstrating strong leadership in content creation initiatives
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, animation tools, and audio editing software for multimedia creation.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, web development basics, UX/UI design, and content management systems.
• Understanding of file formats, compression techniques, and scripting languages for optimizing multimedia content.
• Successful contributions to content strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands
• Exceptional multitasking skills, adept at managing concurrent multimedia projects with enthusiasm
• A visionary approach to Africa’s economic development, passionate about reshaping narratives through multimedia storytelling

Your responsibilities

Understanding of Needs and Development of Design/Product Concepts

• Comprehend and analyze multimedia content needs, translating them into innovative design and product concepts aligned with brand goals
• Develop and present creative design concepts and strategies tailored to meet specific project objectives and audience engagement

Digitization of E-Learning Content

• Lead the digitization process of e-learning content, ensuring seamless adaptation to digital platforms while maintaining engagement and educational effectiveness
• Oversee the conversion of traditional learning materials into engaging digital formats, fostering an interactive and impactful learning experience

Development of Interactive Online Assessment Tools:

• Design and develop interactive online assessment tools, fostering engagement and learning interactivity for diverse audience segments
• Utilize innovative multimedia techniques to create user-friendly assessment tools that align with learning objectives and content delivery

Editing of Webinar and Video Content about African Businesses

• Edit and enhance webinar and video content showcasing African businesses, ensuring a compelling narrative that resonates with diverse audiences
• Collaborate with teams to refine video content, focusing on the storytelling aspect to create engaging and informative visual narratives

Creation of Marketing Videos for Social Media Campaigns

• Develop and produce captivating marketing videos tailored for various social media platforms, contributing to successful campaign execution
• Ensure the alignment of video content with marketing objectives and brand messaging, maintaining consistency across different channels
