Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients goals and market trends
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
Campaign Management
- Work with cross-functional teams in creating impactful advertising campaigns across various media channels
- Oversee campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions
Team Work
- Work with a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth, creativity and collaboration

Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and achieve set KPIs
Innovation and Technology Integration
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative approaches
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations (Masters is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the marketing/advertising industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns and brand strategies
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering creativity, collaboration and a culture of excellence
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, technologies and trends to maximise online visibility and engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, strategies and campaigns to clients and internal teams
