We are hiring Restaurant Supervisor.
Specific Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and employees concerns and resolving them
- Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales and ordering for additional items when necessary
- Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff
- Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery
- Daily stock taking at the shops
- Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day
- Any other assigned task
Qualification Required & Experience
- HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality industry or a Degree in hospitality
- A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Passionate about working in the food industry
- Ability to analyse and handle complex situations
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
