Purpose
To assist country DTM in managing trainings, vendors, channels, staff/customer engagements and literacy programmes related to the Digital Field Application and other Digital Financial Services to be provided
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital field applications.
- Ensure the seamless integration of these applications into the existing workflow.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor and optimize mobile payment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to digital processes.
- Create comprehensive training programs for both staff and customers.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure users are proficient in digital tools.
- Identify potential resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team for continuous improvement.
