Roles & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for scheduling of guards on the database
  • You are responsible for receiving all welfare complaints from guards and reported to the General Managers Office.  
  • You are responsible for interviewing and profiling of guards and ensuring that all their paperwork is up to date and their file forwarded to the GM’s office for final approval
  • You are responsible for creating of security guards’ file.
  • You must also ensure that guards logistics stock updates are made every week and report sent 
  • Generating report for guards who have resigned, terminated, or sacked weekly  
  • Undertaking quality checks twice in a week on the services we provide by calling customers to ensure they are happy with our service and if not, the necessary actions must be taken to resolve them accordingly and in a timely manner at all times. 
  • On field visitation of customers at all locations once every month.
  • Generate customer detailed monthly report which should include all field visitations
  • Working with all departments to establish procedures, standards, and systems for the attainment of the company’s quality assurance.
  • Conducting of incidence investigations and raising reports to the apropriate offices.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proficiency in English
  • Must have experience in the security field
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Salary: GHS 1500
