Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and innovative operations officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations. In this role you may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks, initiate new projects and/or implement new projects and/or strategies. The successful candidate must demonstrate advanced operational competency, excellent negotiation, and managerial skills.
Responsibilities
- Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
- Plan and manage projects and contribute to product/service innovation.
- Track operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
- Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Monitor adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
- Oversee talent development policies, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have the ability cut through red tapes.
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Disciplined and have high level of integrity
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of best business practices in market research and corporate training industry.
- Proficient in IT applications and relevant software.
Other requirements
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Formal education in marketing, operations management, project management or similar.
