DUTIES
- Facilitating all required subjects as per the curriculum for a Grade level
- Establishing and enforcing rules of behaviour for students in the classroom
- Preparing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives
- Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects
- Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
- Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths
- Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including tests, quizzes, essays and projects
Required Skills or Experience
- University Degree in Social Sciences or related field (Education) or its equivalent.
- Cambridge Experience is an added advantage
Technical:
- Ability to implement teaching practices in accordance with education policies
- Ability to create project-based learning activities
- Ability to facilitate courses effectively while engaging students
- Ability to manage class and students behaviours
Managerial
- Ability to plan, direct, control, and coordinate students learning activities.
- Ability to cooperatively plan and team teach
