Job Description

We are on the lookout for a female Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate should reside in and around Airport, Madina, Adenta, Oyarifa, 37, Cantonments, Teshie, Nungua, Labadi, and Osu Area.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome Clients and visitors
  • Receive letters, packages and parcels
  • Coordinating with house-keeping team to maintain healthy work environment in the office
  • Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and events

Required Skills or Experience

  • Should have an HND or Degree in a related field
  • A minimum of a year’s experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Excellent proficiency in English written & verbal communication
  • A pleasant personality and demeanor
  • Computer literacy: Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Comfortable with multitasking
