Position Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses from Ghana to relocate to Saudi Arabia to work with Saudi ministry of health. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform clinical procedures and nursing interventions.
- Monitor patients' conditions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment.
- Respond to medical emergencies and initiate life-saving measures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
- Attend professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Respect and understand cultural values while providing care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work in a culturally diverse environment.
