Job Description
MSI Ghana has vacancies for passion-driven, well-organised, client-oriented and energetic individuals with the below relevant qualification/s and experience in Accra. MSI Ghana’s goal is to meet the needs of the underserved and improve access to the use of Family Planning (FP) and other Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services.

Length of Contract: Permanent
The job holder monitors monthly client numbers and income generated, manages the front desk at the centre, assists with all administrative and financial responsibilities (record keeping and petty cash management), stock management and keeps centre records using the approved formats.

Required Skills or Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Must have at least diploma certificate or higher, a first degree will be an advantage
- At least 2 years post-graduation experience working in a similar role
- A commercial mindset to grow clinics and meet set targets
- Experience of working in a clinical environment
- A multi-skilled individual with excellent provider-client interaction skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, powerpoint)
- Work experience with Ghana Health Service and/or an INGO will be an advantage
- Articulate and analytical with good attention to detail
- Knowledge of health delivery system in Ghana
- Must have the requisite experience in customer relations to work with minimum supervision
- Sympathetic to women and men seeking Family Planning and Reproductive Health services
- Be able to work on own initiative and at longer periods
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels –government, donor and community
- Passionate about maternal health
- Motivates team members to deliver high-quality service and results
- Self-motivator, team player and able to motivate others to achieve results
