Our client is a leading producer of high-end kitchen and bath fixtures, looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to add to their rapidly growing team. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligned with overall business objectives and regional mission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners, to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking corrective action as needed
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance and market trends to the National Sales Director Americas
  • Effectively manage a remote sales team, utilizing communication and collaboration tools to maintain regular contact and provide guidance across the Division
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, adapting sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region to drive business growth
  • Would closely and collaboratively with colleagues working on a National reach such as Kitchen and Hospitality Channel leadership



What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the luxury segment of the sanitary industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team, including remote team members
  • Experience in remote team management and utilizing virtual communication and collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed; 50% travel as a baseline
