VAO Beauty Limited is seeking individual skills in helping customers with complaints and questions, giving customers information about products, taking orders, Process orders, preparing correspondences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibility & Duties
- Solve customers needs
- Resolve product and service issues and provide technical assistance to customers.
- Engage with customers about special products and upsell products.
- provide quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and answer questions about the company's products, take orders and process orders.
- Provide proactive customer outreach
- collect and analyze customer feedback
- Track customer service KPI and Metrics
- Respond to customers' calls and follow up on customers.
- Handles Product returns and exchanges.
- Create and maintain product to customers-relationships.
- Build business-to-customer relationships and maintain sales margins.
- Meet targeted objectives and maintain targeted sales margin.
- Package products and ensure product delivery.
- Manage products and keep inventory.
