JOB PURPOSE
To handle all Customer Service activities at the Branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing Customer Service
- Handle walk-in clients and visitors
- Telephone Services
- Capturing of Micro Insurance cases
- Receipting & Banking
- General Administrative duties
- Generate monthly report
- Claims Administration
- Any other duties that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of First Degree / HND
- A minimum of one year in a similar position

- Ability to organize the office
- Ability to handle and solve customer complaints
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to be innovative
- Ability to tolerate stress
- Excellent relationship
- Team Building and Leadership
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent relationship-building and strong Interpersonal skills that enables the candidate to work with people at all levels in an organization.
