--> Heritage Christian College (HCC), a University in Amasaman, Accra seeks the services of Assistant Registrar (Administrative Support)
Main Functions
- Provide administrative and coordinating support for the Deans of schools and Heads of Departments of HCC
- Assist in the implementation of decisions and policies of the schools and departments
- Ensure that proper records management systems for the schools and departments are following existing approved procedures and regulations of HCC
- Provide administrative support for the Registrar by serving as a recorder to committees as may be assigned
Technical Competencies
- General knowledge and experience in University administration, systems procedures and structures
- Knowledge of Ghana Tertiary Education Commission requirements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Report writing skills
