Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to manage our projects and oversee our team of project officers and Finance and Administrative officer. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project monitoring and evaluation plans to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Supervise project officers and Finance and Administrative officer, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including partner organizations, donors, and government agencies.
- Prepare project reports for the Executive Director and board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with all project-related regulations and requirements.
