Position Summary

Hanex Weks Limited, a growing construction company that offers consultancy services and execution of Construction Projects, Survey, GIS and Mapping, is in search of a committed individual to join its growing family as Business Development Executive.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding the company’s clientele base and increasing revenue by generating more leads and new business. He/she will also coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing programs across the appropriate marketing mix towards achieving set targets.
  • Research potential new leads and keep on top of developments in the industry.
  • Contact prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person.
  • Work with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations.
  • Plan, implement and monitor all marketing, branding and advertising activities and to ensure a prudent and successive alignment of such to overall corporate strategy.
  • Oversee key client engagements from sales to delivery.
  • Request, coordinate and deploy internal resources to serve clients and ensure that internal teams have a common understanding of client needs.
  • Ensure the achievement of both individual and organizational sales target.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations of assigned staff.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years progressive working experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
