Mantrac Ghana seeks suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant position of Internal Sales Representative.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Telemarketing of Caterpillar and Perkins Power Generating Sets
- Ensure that all sales activities (Leads, calls & opportunities) are recorded in the salesforce daily
- Follow and keep an accurate account database by keeping all customer information, including the number of engines assigned to each customer, up to date.
- Execute a minimum call frequency of 125 calls per week
- Ensures effective sales and customer experience is achieved by determining individual customer needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Ensures all sales documentation processes are maintained on every transaction
- Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with the sales policy
- Ensures debts are collected on schedule
- Ensures sales deals are closed, and customers receive excellent after-sales support
- Assist in completing sales and Marketing activities like campaigns

Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a good first degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel) skills
- Excellent selling skills and customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial product line
