Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for developing business for the business unit.
- Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
- Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners.
- Successfully match customer pain points/requirements to proposed solutions.
- Liaise with functional teams such as finance, marketing, and strategy to execute company objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or in related fields, a master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have hands-on sales professional experience in developing projects in water, energy, or green technology.
- Must have at least 10 years of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Must have creative skills in finding the right solutions that match the project and budget needs of clients.
- Must have an interest in working in a small company environment.
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
