We are looking for an HR Generalist who will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
- Build HR processes and a strong HR brand in the country from scratch;
- Improve and maintain of HR processes and HR policy of the company;
- Storage and exchange of HR documents, make a first audit;
- Payroll process (setting up a track system for employees to collect inputs for the payroll cycle, track payment date, make an analysis of possible mistakes);
- Act as a representative of an Employer at grievance meetings, disciplinary, appeal meetings and any other relevant meetings
- Represent the company in government authorities if necessary.

- 2+ years of experience working in the human resources field;
- 2+ years of experience working with HR documents (creating Employee agreements, addendums, orders, policies etc.);
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Excellent knowledge of country Labor law;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
