Gold Coast Matcom Ltd is one of the leading distribution companies in Ghana and we are looking for individuals who are selfdriven with a passion in sales. The role will involve selling our products to local businesses. It is important that candidates have experience in sales.
We are looking for the following specialised sales representatives:
- Supermarkets and wholesale
- B2B sales (including to industries)
- Pharmacy sales
- Sales to bakeries
Responsibilities
- Generate sales
- Prospect for new clients / generate leads
- Keeping track and following up on leads
- Negotiating contracts with clients (for B2B sales)
- Visit clients to follow up on existing business and potential new business
- Understand market needs
- Build good relationships and promote brands

As a successful candidate you will need to be:
- Experienced in sales – business-to-business sales will be advantageous for some roles
- Building relationships with businesses
- Ambitious and self–disciplined
- Articulate and assertive
- Proactive, persuasive and a good listener
- Learn about products and explain to team and clients
- Good communicator
- Very organized/good time and task management
- Teamwork skills
