What you will be doing:
- You will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen and stewarding operations of the Hotel.
- You will collaborate with Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing to ensure residents and guests receive high levels of service.
- You will assist the Executive Chef to guide, train, motivate and direct the entire kitchen team to deliver desired outcomes.
- You will oversee and control hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in collaboration with the Executive Chef using the ISO 22000 Standards.
- You will monitor daily the Food Cost to ensure monthly targets are achieved without compromising on quality of products.
- You will innovatively create and design a new and unique menu for a ala carte and buffet services.
