The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend Market Activities and supervise teams on the ground for successful implementation
  • Supervise marketing and branding material instalments and launches
  • Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct offline and online market surveys for markets across Ghana.
  • Implement ground Market performance, share, visibility, trend analysis and dynamic studies on a continuous basis.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns in support of the Marketing Department
  • Perform market and client research.
  • Create reports on marketing performance and monthly market update reports.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with social media and website content.
  • Attend trade shows and company events.
  • Organize and manage marketing collateral.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write creative copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and merchandise suppliers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word preferably excel.
