Job Description
- Customer feedback calls
- Automatic updates to
- Report problems via software (For all users. Privilege for problem submission)
- Enable system administrators to run queries via software
- In-hospital messaging via software
- Training for hospital managers twice a year
- Training for system administrators twice a year
- Hospital in-service training (with snacks sponsored by Cervus Limited) Twice a year
Responsibilities
- Managing client calls
- Managing manual and automatic client software updates
- Managing feedback to clients concerning the status of their requests
- Online user training and technical support to users
- Software development: Bug fixes and minor new features

Required Skills or Experience
- Programming Languages: C#, Vb.net
- Development IDE: Microsoft visual studio
- Reporting tool: Crystal reports for the visual studio
- Relational database engine: Microsoft SQL Server
- Version control tool: GIT
- Skype: Team meetings and user support
- Mozilla thunderbird: Email
- VPN software: Rad admin
- Remoting Tool: Anydesk
