Tryzuberi.com is an on-demand employee payments platform. An interest free mobile alternative to digital loans for employees. Salaried employees have the opportunity to access their salary on a daily basis rather than wait for the month end. The platform is available to contracted companies who value their employees and want to increase wellbeing within the workplace.

Zuberi is currently in private beta (testing the product privately before launching it to the public). We’re on a mission to increase financial wellness in Africa and provide an alternative to traditional micro-credit loans which we believe have a high chance of putting people in a cycle of debt. As a Junior Developer, who has little to no experience in software development, and is willing to expand on your programming skills, Zuberi could be the springboard for Junior full stack developers to join and learn from the team. If selected, you will become part of a team which is developing financial solutions that run on both mobile and desktop devices. You will get to experience how these apps are structured and hosted on recent cloud technologies.

You will have the chance to work with our senior developers, who will be supporting you in finding solutions to the technical challenges you will encounter at work. You will also get to work with other senior specialists who will give you insights about the non-technical side of the work.

The overall blend of experience will give you many opportunities to expand your knowledge across different technology and business domains.

A good candidate will need the following:

• Knowledge on HTML 5
• Knowledge on CSS 3
• Fair Understanding of Bootstrap, material design or any CSS framework
• Understand Object Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in PHP
• Proficiency in Javascript
• Knowledge in VueJS is plus
