Scaling up support to governments in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia, the Tony Blair Institute’s Tomorrow Partnership works with political leaders and governments to bring tech and digital solutions to their biggest challenges, because we believe tomorrow will belong to those who responsibly harness the power of technology for the good of all people, and to leave no one behind.
Through The Tomorrow Partnership, we broker strategic partnerships between governments and leading tech organisations and innovators to help foster environments that enable tech to deliver practical change in people’s lives.
As part of the Tomorrow Partnership programme in Ghana, we are looking to hire an exceptional associate with a strong interest in technology, government advisory and, particularly, agile technology implementation. The main objective of this role is to support the deployment of a National Shared Services platform in Ghana, a landmark initiative to be used by citizens, government agencies and the private sector.

Person Specification
We are ideally looking for an experienced candidate:
- With a proven track record in Agile analyses and design projects
- With demonstrable experience in technology enterprises or digital transformation projects
- With strong skills in facilitating agile workshops with stakeholders of different levels of seniority and backgrounds
- With experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements, writing user stories, mapping out processes and creating wireframes
- Who has worked or consulted in developing and emerging economies and is sensitive to a diverse range of cultural and regional norms, and will foster a positive spirit of collaboration between our countries and our tech transformation offer
- Who is comfortable working within cross-functional teams, and strives in collaborative and agile working environment’s
- Who sets ambitious and measurable goals for themselves and for their projects, and works efficiently to deliver upon them
- With a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
- Candidates with fluency in English required
- With strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
