We have products that facilitate the marriage process in a trusted, confidential and reliable manner. The company is about to launch its products on the market and hereby seeks a range of talented, well-mannered and creative individuals to occupy various positions.

Job Description
The CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE PROFILE
By the nature of the company’s service offerings, the Client Service Executive will serve as the link between the company and its Clients. This position requires candidates who are absolutely professional in their interrelationships with customers and more importantly, able to keep confidential information about their clients.

ROLE OF THE CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
The successful candidate will perform the following specific tasks, among others:
- The Client Service Executive will play customer service functions, by attending to the queries of Clients.
- Provide adequate, reliable and timely information to Clients.
- Keep records and folders of Clients and assist to provide information as would be needed.
- Take steps to protect Customer information.
- Handle telephone calls with Clients professionally.
Required Skills or Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area.
- Skill in adapting and handling different customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make presentations to wide audience.
- The ability to drive will be an advantage.
Salary: Attractive compensation package to be negotiated.
