Robert Bosch Ghana Limited is a growing company of the Bosch group located in Accra, Ghana. We operate in the business divisions of Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.
Job Description
Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) – 2 years Fixed-Term contract
- Follow up with customer planned orders
- Assist front office customer service colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest ideas to improve them
- Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
- Completed National Service
