--> The Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of logistics partnerships within the OpCo, with an aim to drive revenue, increase usage and provide a seamless customer experience in the E-commerce product segment.
Job Role
- Execute the product roadmap and delivery of products related to E-commerce, in line with group guidelines
- Liaise with logistics partners onboarded by the group and assist in the business and relationship development for prospects
- Support revenue, profitability, and user uptake
- Assist group in evaluating and assessing the strategic and economic impact of potential local opportunities with logistics partners
- Drive initiatives to ensure that t revenues are generated on all e-commerce products and services
- Implement the required GTM activities for e-commerce products/categories, under guidance from the Group, and drive revenue and usages
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Logistics strategies and propose and offer suggestions for improvements
- Coordinate logistics & shipment management by partners/3rd parties about E-commerce products in country
- Identify local bottlenecks / challenges that may impede set technical or financial goals and escalate to higher management/group, as required

Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ total experience in E-commerce and/or logistics management or related field is required
- Experience in E-Commerce, Fintech, and banking is preferred
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding of emerging markets is preferred
