Education USA, a reputable institution seeks the services of an Events Officer.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leading virtual educational fairs/events
- Managing platforms for virtual fairs/events
- Creating, sharing and disposing of students' data after each event
- Creating and managing databases of events and programs
- Organising participant's registration using available resources and portals
- Registering universities and institutions through a fair / events portal
- Creating and organising materials for online programs
- Supporting events using Zoom breakout rooms
- Preparing detailed information for participating universities about events
- Coordinating event rehearsal for all university participants
- Tracking event-related data and analysing results for stakeholders
- Managing social media platforms in cooperation with supervisors

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in information technology or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Good data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Experience in planning, testing, executing, monitoring and measuring large digital events
- Good project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
- Knowledge of data creation and collection tools
