Donewell Life Company Limited (DLCL) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with offices across the regions of Ghana. Applications are invited from ambitious, energetic and performance driven individuals to fill in vacant position mentioned: Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • • Lead sales presentations and activities for sales managers and team leaders
  • • Establish pay points for sales activities
  • • Liaise with Training Department to conduct product training for sales managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
  • • Conduct performance review for Sales Managers and Team Leaders
  • • Plan and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales budget
  • • Report on daily, weekly and monthly key result areas for the branch
  • • Serve as first reporting line for all members in the branch including customer service executives
  • • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

  • • First Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
  • • Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
  • • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • • Ability to organize and plan sales activities with team
  • • Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
  • • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite
  • • Must possess good report writing skills
