In This Role You Will:
Information Management and Management Reporting
- Manage the process department and other business partners.
- Prepare monthly training schedules and report to the manager and clients.
- Send training and assessment reports on the training results to the client.
- Upload assessments results onto SAP.
- Scan and store a copy of the attendance sheet electronically and file hard copies of the assessment tool and attendance sheet.
Performance Management
- Review the performance of trainers reporting to the position.
Planning
- Draw up the monthly plan to assign the trainees to the training date verifying that reminders are given until the day of the training.
Staff Supervision
- Assign daily activity to trainers who report directly to him/her.
- Coach, develop and supervise employees reporting to him/her.

Technical Skills:
- Strong training, coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver process training activities.
- Strong computer literacy skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Project.
Behavioural Attributes:
- Professional.
- Assertive and influential.
- Reliable.
- Show initiative and be results driven.
