- Input Enterprise Learning Solution (LSO) data into SAP.
- Pull reports and transcripts required from SAP.
- File all training results and attendance sheets securely.
- Consult internally regarding provision of safety advice and safety alignment.
Plant Management
- Manage sectional activities of the plant.
- Develop standard operating procedures and revise as needed.
- Conduct investigations into events, in conjunction with accidental investigation teams, distil learnings and include in training.
Pre-hire Assessments and Onboarding
- Support in the onboarding and new hire screening process.
- Develop test items and conduct pre-screening of candidates.
Needs Analysis and Research
- Consult with clients to identify training needs.
- Conduct extensive research, both new and existing.
- Review existing programs’ content and adjust where necessary.

Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) to six (6) years’ generalised experience and previous facilitation experience.
- A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ coordinating / supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Twi language.
- Sound project management skills.
- Sound team leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Research and reporting skills.

- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Project.
